Student Affairs Web Redesign

I'm very pleased to announce a successful first release of redesigned Division websites! Our target date for launching the first round of new sites was May 22, 2006 in alignment with freshman orientation. Included in the release is the new Division of Student Affairs homepage (http://www.studentaffairs.uconn.edu), which is a collection of information relevant to the whole division, including committee information, organizational information, a comprehensive listing of services, as well as news and events postings. Each department within the Division will have the opportunity to leverage the services listing, the news headlines and event calendar sections of the Student Affairs homepage. SAIT web staff will provide direction and support for any department wishing to feature information on our Division home page. Send an email to sait@uconn.edu (Attn: Web Support) if you'd like to coordinate a news announcement, event posting or to update the service listings.

Coming up this summer and fall, we'll be redesigning more websites. You can expect to see changes for the Center for Students with Disabilities, Dean of Students, Residential Life, Career Services, Dining Services, and Student Health Services. Stay tuned!
