  • Division Sustainability Committee
    The Division Sustainability Committee was charged in the fall of 2007 to assess the current practices of the Division and identify a divisional philosophy of what it means to be an environmentally and socially conscious division; develop a plan to catalogue, market and communicate current green practices and policies within the Division, and; identify policies and practices that needed to be addressed and develop a plan for change.   • Parents & Families Division Initiative Committee
    The committee was charged in the fall of 2007 to develop a comprehensive Division philosophy to guide the organization’s preparations for, consistent responses to, interactions and partnerships with parents. For more information and resources see the Parents and Families page.
  • Assessment Division Initiative Committee
    The committee was charged in the fall of 2007 to develop a comprehensive and strategic approach to assessment for the Division of Student Affairs. The efforts of the committee resulted in the development of the Division of Student Affairs Assessment Plan issued in August 2010.
  • Vice President's Task Force on the Campus Climate and Violence Against Women
    In 2007, the Vice President of Student Affairs charged a Divisional taskforce to review and evaluate conditions in the campus community that may contribute to violence against women. For well over a year, the Taskforce met, examined the literature in this area and reviewed operational areas within (and outside) the Division of Student Affairs. The result of these efforts was a Final Report that included a number of recommendations, those of which pertaining directly to the Division either have been or are in the process of being adopted.
